This Shipping Policy explains how Nudeastudio processes and delivers orders placed through nudeastudio.com.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders may not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery takes 20–45 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, local delivery conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

After dispatch, contact admin@nudeastudio.com to request the available tracking number. Tracking may take several days to become active.

Shipping Fees and Taxes

Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping. Customers are not responsible for applicable taxes or duties on eligible orders.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost, damaged, or has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, email admin@nudeastudio.com with your order number and shipping details.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or another reasonable resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your address before checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us promptly to review available options.
