30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, contact admin@nudeastudio.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping the item.

Free Returns and Shipping

Eligible returns are free of charge. Customers are not responsible for applicable taxes or duties on eligible purchases. Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, personalized, clearance, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return. Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
